As we’ve added additional livestock to our farm, the jobs of our Great Pyrenees guardian dogs have become increasingly more important. Since they are such an integral part of the farm, we’ve decided to periodically post their “bios” so everyone can get to know them. Considering he had his first time in with the sheep today, we’ll start with our youngest, Jaxon.
Jaxon was born here at the farm this past December. His mom and dad are Stella and Quill. Jax is a VERY happy, silly puppy. He loves everyone and everyone loves him … the other dogs, cats, hens and apparently now the sheep! He’s inherited Quill’s silliness and his big poofy head. At 7 months old, he’s already showing signs of being an attentive guardian, a trait he has inherited from his momma. ❤️🐾

As some of you already know and some have guessed, we have made the (tough) decision to take a break from growing produce this year. We have decided to focus on our vegetable starter plants, flowers and pasture raised eggs. We are very grateful for your support the last 8 years. 🥰

The new hens are up to full production and eggs are available again for sale! Farm hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5, Saturdays 9-12. Quarterly egg subscriptions are also available again. Stop by the farm for more info and to sign up!
