Print Options:

Cucumber, Blueberry & Feta Salad

 2 seedless cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  2 cups fresh blueberries
  Salt and pepper to taste
 1/2 cup Wegmans Organic White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh mint leaves
  1 cup Food You Feel Good About Crumbled Plain Feta Cheese (Cheese Shop)

Combine cucumbers and blueberries in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.


Add vinaigrette, mint, and feta; toss gently to combine.
